Evening Case Manager - Babcock

40 hours per week
Sunday through Thursday 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Responsibilities Include:
Individual case management following progress of client's treatment goals and discharge planning
Facilitate treatment review meetings
Participate in weekly clinical rounds and staff meetings
Participate in activities designed to support the individual treatment
programs of residents
Facilitate transportation by driving company van to self-help groups
Crisis Management
Administering Medications
Assist residents to participate in house and community activities which
support progress toward their treatment goal

Requirements:
Valid Drivers license and good driving record
Masters Degree in Counseling or related field
Certified in CPR, First Aid and MAP
Three years experience in a residential facility or setting

Part-time Payroll Administrator/Accounting Assistant
Arlington, Ma

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Payroll to be processed bi-weekly for all employees of Wild Acre Inns.
2. Reconciliation of bank statements
3. Prepare payroll variance report
4. Any other duties so designated by the Director of Finance as appropriate.
5. Familiarity with blended rates (sleep/overnight) would be helpful
6. Maintain employee personal data
7. Review payroll hours and adjustments
8. Experience with Payroll Solutions would be a plus


QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Minimum high school diploma; two (2) years advanced training desired

Experience: Three (3) years direct experience with payroll; knowledge or related experience in bookkeeping and general ledger background a plus. Proficiency with computer,
including Excel.

SUPERVISION:
Reports to: Director of Finance

FT - Group Leader / Case Manager, Brookline, MA

40 Hours per Week: 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Clinical Responsibilities:
Facilitate groups and complete group notes for individuals attending.
Coordinate client cases
Develop treatment plans specific to individual needs.
Communicate with treatment team to implement interventions in order to assist all clients on objectives.
Encourage residents to participate in house and community activities which
support progress towards their treatment goals
Encourage or assist residents in daily activities including personal hygiene,
maintenance of environment (room cleaning, laundry, nutrition & meal preparation)
Participation in milieu activities; i.e., meals, leisure groups, activity groups,
focused discussion groups, etc.
Documentation of residents' activities and interactions in progress notes
Monitor specific residents taking their medication
Communication of significant events to the clinical supervisor or clinician on call.

Requirements:
Education: Masters Degree, preferably in a field of social science.

Experience: Must have prior experience in residential treatment or inpatient psychiatric
services. Must have demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Should
have an understanding of the differences between a social and a
therapeutic relationship. Should be sensitive to the diverse needs of residents and
the unique aspects of residential care. Must be able to maturely participate in the
supervision process.

Other: Maintain valid CPR, First Aid, and MAP certifications

Live-In Mental Health Counselor Position
Rindge Independent Living Program- Cambridge

Job Description:
Wonderful opportunity to work part time with bright, talented, high-functioning clients with persistent mental illness in supportive community environment.
15-20 hours/week + emergency on-call responsibilities weekends and overnights. (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights off.)
Case coordination for 6 clients, including weekly half-hour support meetings, monthly progress note, and some collateral contact with family and outside treatment team.
Attend weekly House Meeting- Tuesday nights.
Run Independent Living Skills Group
Plan and lead monthly House Activity/Outing.
Receive Master's level supervision weekly.
Live RENT FREE in Cambridge Harvard Square area with free parking.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience working in a residential setting preferred.
Must have current certifications in MAP, CPR & First Aid. If certifications are not current, you will need to obtain these certifications within your first 45 days of hire. These trainings are totally reimbursable by Wild Acre Inns.

Every other Saturday, 9:00am until 12:00(noon) on Sunday

AND

Sundays, 12:00(noon) until 9:00am Monday

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participate in activities designed to support the individual treatment programs
of residents.
Encourage or assist residents in daily activities including personal hygiene,
maintenance of environment (room cleaning, laundry, nutrition and meal preparation).
Participate in milieu activities; i.e., cooking meals, leisure groups, activity groups,
focused discussion groups, etc.
Monitor specific residents taking their medication following MAP procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree.
Certified in CPR, First Aid and MAP (If certifications are not current, you will need to
obtain these certifications within your first 40 days of hire).
Three years experience in a residential facility or setting.

Mental Health Relief Counselor

Facilities in Allston, Belmont, Brookline and Lexington

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Participate in activities designed to support the individual treatment programs of clients.
Monitor specific residents taking their medication.
Participation in milieu activities; i.e., meals, leisure groups, activity groups.

RELIEF MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELORS

The relief mental health counselor will ensure that the residents' treatment programs are implemented to meet the immediate and long term needs of the clients. If hired, your name will appear on our relief list which is distributed monthly to our various locations. Depending on your experience and skill level, you will have the choice of working at specific houses or at all of our locations. This is an on-call as needed position and there is no guarantee of hours.
