Independent Living Programs - Rindge  
  The Rindge Program is an independent living program offering individuals a warm supportive setting while they continue their psychological, vocational and social rehabilitation. The residence is situated in a prime location, a ten-minute walk to Harvard Square with access to shops, businesses and community resources.

Features of the Rindge Program

Program is supervised by a master's level clinician.
Live-in counselor provides additional support.
Clients are responsible for their own medication.
Clients are expected to maintain a minimum of 30 hours of outside, structured support such as school, volunteer or paid work.
Each resident meets weekly with the Clinical Resident Director who provides case coordination.
The Rindge Program is for individuals who have been in treatment but are not quite ready for total independence.
Emphasis is placed on increasing social interactions and awareness, developing higher functioning skills and familiarity with current events.
The program is designed to increase residents' own self-reliance and independence, while providing ample opportunity for group interaction and sharing responsibility.
