Supportive Living Programs - Belmont  
  The Belmont Program is a moderately-structured residential program which provides a nurturing environment for clients. Belmont encourages clients to transition to more independent living, and provides opportunities for individual growth and development.

Features of the Belmont Program

Program directed and supervised by a master's level clinician
Daily medication monitoring.
24-hour staffing with trained mental health counselors to provide consistency and support.
A staff coordinator assists clients with the development of their goals for their stay at the Belmont House and coordination of their treatment with the treatment team.
Clients work towards the goal of a 20-hour per week activity which can include a day treatment program, school, volunteer work or a job.
Therapists meet with their clients once a week.
A nutritionist holds a weekly "wellness" group to teach clients about healthy living.
Community meals provide encouragement to actively participate in the house community.
Issue groups are conducted to allow individuals to express themselves in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
